What inspires you to create? Is there a particular moment, place, or emotion that inspires you to create your work?

Normally, everything simple inspires me. Objects, flowers, books, old walls… they always speak to me, and of course, to be inspired, I need silence and music.

Which artists or movements have been your greatest inspirations in the art world? Is there any that has particularly influenced your style?
 
I think the high point of art is, without a doubt, the Renaissance. Copying and studying the old masters is how you learn the most.

At this moment my reference is my admired teacher Antonio López.



Art is often judged by what we see at the end, but behind every work lies a process filled with decisions, emotions, and discovery. What is the most rewarding aspect of this creative process for you?

Although it's actually difficult to know when a work is finished, the most rewarding moment for me is when that supposed end is approaching and the composition already has shape and meaning.

Jewelry tells stories that are passed down through generations. Do you have any jewelry with special sentimental value? What story or memories does it hold for you?

Yes, I have a ring with a sapphire and a diamond that my grandfather gave to my grandmother in Paris, on a trip they took to the opera. That beautiful ring ended up on my finger; is there a reason for that?



Do you think your art also carries with it something of your own history?

My work undoubtedly conveys the essence of who I am. I'd say it's where my personality shines through the most, and it does so spontaneously and without any intention. That personality is clearly shaped by my history.

If you could choose one piece of Antiqua jewelry, which one would it be and why? What draws you to that particular piece?

I love all of Antiqüa's jewelry, but I'd choose a daisy choker for its simplicity and design. I like delicate jewelry, and I think Antiqüa captures that beautifully.



What values ​​do our pieces evoke in you? Do you think there's a connection between Antiqüa and the art you create?

That touch of delicacy, simplicity, and elegance—I think that's what makes Antiqüa connect with my work. Both are intended to convey something beautiful, inviting calm and, in a way, dreamy...
