SHIPPING

All our products are made to order. Each manufacturing process is handcrafted and begins once someone orders the jewelry, and not before. For this reason, our approximate delivery time is three weeks from order confirmation. We will keep you informed of the status of your jewelry at all times until it reaches you.

 

Shipping cost:

The shipping agency will make up to two delivery attempts to the address indicated in the order. If the recipient cannot be contacted after two delivery attempts, the package will remain at the destination branch for a maximum of six days from the date of the last delivery attempt, so that the recipient can pick it up at the branch. After these six days, if the recipient has not picked up the package at the branch, it will be returned to our facilities.

If, after two delivery attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse because the agency has not located the customer, the customer will again be responsible for the shipping costs.

 

SIZE CHANGES

If you'd like to exchange your size, please contact us and we'll tell you how to proceed. Size exchanges are included in the final price, so there's no additional cost to the customer. The turnaround time for size exchanges is approximately one week.

EXCHANGES

• Resizing: the first resizing is included in the price of the piece. To arrange it, write to info@antiqua.store within 30 days of receipt.
• Exchange for another piece: if the piece does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it for another piece of equal or greater value within 30 days of receipt. Any difference will be paid at the time of the exchange. The original piece must be returned unused and with its original packaging, box and certificates.
• Defective pieces If you receive a piece with any manufacturing defect, contact us within the first 48 h and we will cover all repair or replacement costs.
• Lifetime warranty All our pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We inspect and repair at no cost any issue attributable to the manufacturing.

⚠️ Exceptions

• Fully customised pieces (gold, stones, engraving or any other bespoke detail) are not eligible for exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
• International orders: customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
